Short version: Renaissance Park demanded a deposit for our application and assured us that we had up to 3 days after being accepted as tenants to cancel the application and have our deposit returned. After they delayed accepting our application for two weeks, we asked to have our application cancelled and deposit returned. They then refused to return our deposit, in clear contradiction to their earlier guarantee.
