Never rent here the new managers are horrible they will steal your money and tell you different things on why they canceled not denied canceled your application. First it was because the paycheck stubs wasn’t uploaded or bank account wasn’t connected to the account in time it’s only been 3 days since the application has been put in. I would highly recommend avoiding this apartment complex. I've had raw sewage/waste water backing up into my apartment for two weeks. Ive sent over 10 different messages, called 5+ times and I've gone in person and they refuse to do anything about it. There's also raw sewage constantly backing up into the parking lot. Avoid at all costs.
My fiancee and I went in yesterday on 5/10/26 in a panic because we needed to apply and move in ASAP. Stephanie was absolutely incredible. She gave us tours of 3 different apartments within our budget, showed us around the property, gave us advice on things to do in the area, etc. We got approved within 24 hours, and the apartment is STUNNING. Has been charging me rent for three months despite giving the 60 day notice of breaking the lease. Disgusting atmosphere and I’m pretty sure no one works here. Zero stars
