We’ve been dealing with a broken dishwasher for over three months, and the complete lack of action from management has been extremely frustrating. We’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests and called several times, and every time we’re told it will be fixed “today.” It never happens. An update on my last review management never cared to help us with the situation instead they are sending us to court and have sent an email by Brianna stating to either pay the whole balance that now is over 6k or return the keys and leave and they will dismiss the court case so they are willing to let their tenants go instead of fixing the issue that was caused by a former employee of theirs and now they want their tenants to pay for their actions its honestly a stressful situation because even though we have been wanting ... read more
Muy mala organización, administración y atención. Vivo aquí y me quitaron mi techo para mi carro porque ellos quisieron sin motivo alguno. Las personas encargadas en la oficina muy malas para atender a los inquilinos. No buscan soluciones ni resuelven los problemas. Uno va para la oficina a buscar soluciones y te dejan hablando solo para no resolver. La grúa pasa y se lleva los carros así estén registrados y nadie te da respuesta de nada. Pésimo servicio
