These apartments are terrible. Form the constant seeping of sewage into the streets to the way they go weeks, even months without resolving maintenance issues but yet mark them as resolved without so much as looking into the matter. My initial apartment was ok but started to leak from the ceiling by my bedroom window. Maintenance took a look and said it was a roof problem and nothing they could do since it was outside of their scope of work. Living at Verlaine on the Parkway has been such a great experience! I’m in one of the 1-bedroom townhomes, and I love the unique layout; it really feels like my own little home instead of a typical apartment. The location couldn’t be better, right in Addison with tons of restaurants and things to do close by. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Zulma in the office, she’s always so friendly, professional, and goes out of her way to help with anything I need. Stay away from leasing here they can't even keep any staff
Me moví a esta propiedad hace 2 meses y eh tenido muy malas experiencias aquí con el personal . No lo recomiendo!! Pagué mi renta con money order de un total de 1447$$ a hora resulta que los money order están perdidos y no se quieren ser responsables de mi renta y ya viene este mes y en mi balance está a un el del mes pasado que aparece que lo debo . La verdad me siento muy molesto
