This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I have ever had. The apartment was not properly cleaned when I moved in, several things were broken, and the actual unit looks nothing like the photos used to advertise the property. The photos make the apartments look updated, clean, and well maintained, but that has not been my experience at all. My fiancee and I went in yesterday on 5/10/26 in a panic because we needed to apply and move in ASAP. Stephanie was absolutely incredible. She gave us tours of 3 different apartments within our budget, showed us around the property, gave us advice on things to do in the area, etc. We got approved within 24 hours, and the apartment is STUNNING. Huge shout out to the team (especially Stephanie) for getting us approved and moved in so fast. Thanks you guys!!

Would not recommend anyone to move into these apartments. I’ve lived here for four months and still have not received my mailbox key, not a single maintenance request has been answered, my dishwasher has never worked and it has black mold, the staff is very rude, dismissive, and incompetent.
