Great service. Expensive commodities.
When they say free wifi in the lobby, they mean after 40 minutes your internet may or may not start working
Really comfy beds
Say free transportation to Universal Studios but only has one bus leaving a day
There is only one washer and dryer in the hole hotel of over 800 rooms. Prob one of the worst Marriotts we have stayed at thus far.
Well the rooms are nice the beds in the suites are not feather top like most Marriotts. When we tried to sit on the balcony the one night we couldn't because staff were power washing the front.
Awesome place great treatment when your a gold member. Staying in a suite for free with Marriott rewards
The front desk clerk was unapproachable, the shower was broken and the tub rusty. The bagels the Starbucks were stale. I would not recommend this place it should be in the 1 star category not 4.
No upcharge for fitness center which is a nice facility.
