My mother-in-law lives in this building, and the biggest issue she has is the quality of the food. It is terrible. It is oversalted, which compound some of her health issues. A second major frustration for her is how slow the staff is to make repairs either around the building or in individual apartments. My mother-in-law is seriously considering moving out, and we would not recommend this building to potential residents.
I hardly ever write reviews but I feel compelled to do one for this place. Most Sundays I have lunch with my mother. I watch how this staff treats the residents and I am touched by their patience, their kindness. They treat these seniors with such dignity. They remember the residents' names, they know how they like their omelets cooked or if they want coffee or tea. I don't believe we could've chosen a better, more caring place for my mother.
