I really like this hotel. The service is very good.
Im giving this hotel 1 star and I haven't even stayed a night!!! I just got off the phone booking a room. The gentleman priced a room at 684 for 2 nights. Then he was so slow to book it he told me it was over 700 dollars. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He directed me to a AI generated response of the booking that I didn't book.LOL. So now im definitely going to stay here to speak his supervisor directly. This gentleman definitely does not have the skill set required for over the phone reservation. This place is very nice and conveniently located near the canal and other venues. However I have to say parking is atrocious unless you valet. The bedding and beds are not old school Marriott Rennisance like I remember. They weren't as comfortable. The staff was pretty friendly. The nicest girl was who helped us check out. Might stay again but for the price I probably won't at this point youre paying for the name and not the luxury like it used to be.
