People open carry AR’s, no parking, people parking illegally in handicap spots and in places that aren’t even spots, every weekend people having crazy parties at all hours of the night. Management does nothing. Work tickets for repairs go unanswered for months to years. Forgot the roaches and porch pirates too.
Renaissance St Andrews is an amazing place to live. Very spacious units and great amenities make this place the ideal home.
Renaissance is a beautiful and quiet location thanks to it being so high up from the main roadways and being surrounded by trees. The units are spacious enough, if a bit dated, and the neighbors in the building I live in are quiet and friendly. Still, I can not recommend living here. It's obvious that ever since HVG took control of the complex, it has rapidly degraded in quality. I would gave it 0 stars if I could. The new owner sucks. It's dirty outside. They don't care about the neighbors being loud. DO NOT MOVE HERE IT SUCKS.....
