This was a truly horrific living experience. By their own admission the flooring is absurdly cheap and breaks down. This was worsened because the plumbing clogged and flooded at least once a month. Nearly no outlets worked. I could go on, but in generally living on at St Andrew’s was a dingy and exhausting situation. You would be BEYOND STUPID to ignore the bad reviews and move here regardless. My roommate and I moved in together into an apartment here and had an overall worse than terrible experience. We moved into cockroach-infested, warped flooring, cigarette reeking apartment that the previous tenant sabotaged and the complex didn't clean fully before we moved in.
