Um otimo hotel em uma localização perfeita.
Middle of TimeSquare. Close to a lot of stores amd restaurants. Excellent view from higher floors.
The rooms weee fine, nothing special, nothing terrible. It was everything else that was the problem. There’s one working elevator to the “lobby” and I has a max capacity of 8 people.The makeshift front desk just sitting in a hallway - there’s no lobby, it’s cheap and weird. The ‘bar’ is a rollaway bar sitting in the breakfast market and that wasn’t open one of the nights. The two TVs in the bar never worked. How does this place stay in business? Stay away!
One of my worst hotel stays ever. Booked a room for the holiday weekend months in advance only to find the hotel was under major construction at check in. One elevator for the entire hotel resulting in 20 min waits to get in and out of the building. Our toilet didn’t work and there one only a single one stall restroom for the entire hotels use. Je suis membre Marriott depuis une trentaine d’année et c’est ma troisième année consécutive dans cet hôtel que j’apprécie pour la localisation et la taille/le décor de la chambre mais je ne pense pas y retourner au vu du rapport qualité/prix et du service de plus en plus décevant. Mon ami est arrivé avant moi, j’avais prévenu l’hôtel par email, j’avais donné ma carte d’identité et la réservation à mon ami mais on l’a forcé à m’attendre pour l’accès à la chambre après ses 10h de vol et ce de façon très virulente.
