the location is the only plus other than that, stinky smell at entrance, getting in line for the only available elevator to the Lobby, the complimentary breakfast was really the worse of all , my room was kind of uncleaned First day we checked in I still could find stuff on the floor, I called the manager he apparently didn’t care, This was actually my worse experience with Renaissance
The housekeeping staff were really nice and always made conversation when walking past, they deserve a bonus. Plus the rooms were always clean and perfect location
Location was very convenient right in Times Square. Rooms were quiet despite location. Hotel had some construction in the lobby but was not loud.
