Die Lage direkt am Times Square ist unschlagbar und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war in Ordnung. Für einen Städtetrip wäre das Hotel eigentlich ideal – leider war der Aufenthalt jedoch mit vielen Unannehmlichkeiten verbunden. Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in einer Renovation, was weder vor der Buchung noch beim Check-in kommuniziert wurde. In zwei Nächten wurde der Feueralarm ausgelöst, die Zimmerkarten funktionierten mehrfach nicht und auch bei der Buchung kam es zu Unstimmigkeiten. It’s absolutely not possible to be a 4 star hotel. The tiles on the bathroom floor are dirty. Some of tiles are cracked and rifted. The coffee shop in the lobby sell really bad coffee @ $9 a cup. The bar and restaurant are not open due renovations.
Housekeeping was slow...hotel is under renovation, will wait to review in details.
