No impressed. Feels old and dingy. Much nicer places in the area. Very unimpressed with this Marriot property.

Perfect location in the heart of times square with exceptional view,!!! Excellent customer service. Large spacious rooms with spacious bathrooms and great towels. Beds very comfortable! Definitely will stay here again
Terrible experience. Elevator stuck , alarms going off , no response. Dark hot lobby, no restrooms. I’m top tier Bonvoy, this hotel is a disgrace restaurant closed no room service.
