Tree refused to soak my nails because he needed to rush to his next client. I had an appointment that he set 45 minutes before the next person unbeknown to me. I actually screamed once because of the pain, then he started to half do my nails without removing the old. Horrible experience. *It has been two weeks since this experience at this nail salon and my nails are still sore. Painful experience. Rushed service. Inconsistent
*Apologies for the long review...it's been a long time coming & I have time today* My mother & I have been getting our nails done here since I was 14 (I'm 22yo now). We absolutely LOVED it here and absolutely love Jenny! Jenny is quite literally the best & can't be matched doing acrylic nails. BUT NOW there is a new owner (Leslie) that is the most unorganized and disrespectful person we've ever met!
