Very good customer service. Comfortable and clean rooms.
Clear curtains woke up at 730 on a Sunday with sun in my eyes. Ned was not comfortable i thought it would be with a 9 out of 10 rating. Bathroom walls were dirty. The pool had a drain problem. There was puddles of water everywhere around the pool. Hot tub not that hot.
Loved the Minnesota themed rooms! Kinda hard to navigate too but that’s what GPS is for. Stayed on a busy weekend, Democratic Party convention had a floor rooms with a scotch fountain and hotel full of kids for sports. Pool is nice hotel bar is also nice. Close to bars and restaurants.
My company booked my stay here and let me tell you I fell in love with this property! At check-in I had a lady named Nicole and she was Amazing she went above and beyond to make sure my co-worker and I had a great stay. I will always stay at this hotel when I’m in Minnesota. Nicole made it so I want to return!!!!!
