My first experience was great until there was an issue with my gift card. We ended up having to provide a bank statement showing proof of purchase because the lady did not actually load the gift card so this was a stressful issue. Just recently started seeing Dr.Ashley Record for Dermatology and the staff is amazing, and so kind and helpful. My skin has made amazing improvement in just three months, which is FANTASTIC! Ever since going here my skin had never been smoother. I wish I can give more than 5 stars, thats just how pleased I am with my renewed skin❤️
I love this place. Beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. Everything is perfect. Love the robes and how they are wrapped up like a present when you get there. Your personal locker with your name on it. The relaxing room before your service (awesome touch). I had a massage last week by Faith who did an amazing job. Cannot believe those hands of hers. Went today and had the best spa relaxation ever. First of all the spa is absolutely beautiful . I like the small things like when I opened my locker door inside it had my name as if it was waiting for me. Sitting area was a nice foot soak. The Renaissance facial, was wonderful. Neck massage, arms and hands, feet were even massaged. Too many special things to even list on what was done to the face. Will return........
