I have been a patient of Frankfort Renaissance for many many years. They are far superior to the other companies I have used in the past. Mary has been the most pleasant person I've ever dealt with in any medical practice or customer service position. Jeff is a wonderful therapist, as well as all other therapists I've seen at Renaissance in the past. Even when I've had to call billing at a different location, they are the absolute best. This company clearly does not care about its customers. We purchased a home unit because the monthly rental on the machine from this company was $70 a month and we are on a fixed income. Our plan was to continue to get the portable tanks through them but were told that because we were no longer renting the large unit they would not rent us the portable tanks! Way to care about human beings !!! Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company !!

I would not recommend this company. If possible use a different one. I have had billing issues since I started with them. They are are not customer friendly. The office hours are not customer friendly if you work. They should offer Saturday or evening hours for their customers. I wish my doctor would use a different company.
