Emma is wonderful. She sincerely cares about her client’s entire wellbeing. She is also very knowledgeable. You go first a massage but also get some education.
I would NOT recommend booking with this spa. The owner is incredibly unprofessional and rude. My siblings and I bought a massage package as a gift for our mom for Christmas through Groupon. When our mom tried to redeem the voucher this week (which doesn't expire for another 12 days), she was told that because the spa was booked until May, which would be after the Groupon expires, they couldn't honor it. Emma is absolutely amazing! I have a spinal injury and have been in pain for a very long time, but going to Emma has helped me feel like a normal person again! She’s so so nice and she genuinely cares about what she’s doing. Everyone should absolutely go to her!!
I have been going to Renaissance Massage for nearly 5 years due to back pain. Ever since I started seeing Emma regularly my back pain has significantly improved. Emma is incredibly talented and friendly. I’m so thankful!
Emma is by far the best massage therapist I’ve used. Because she understands people’s sensitivity to chemical fragrances, she keeps a clean, natural environment in her massage room, which I appreciate as my own family has skin and chemical sensitivities. She uses high quality massage oil, and applies techniques that I have paid additional for elsewhere, like incorporating hot stones.
