DO NOT MOVE HERE! Filthy grounds. Not a neighborly atmosphere. There's always shopping carts near the walkway and neighbors have left empty pizza boxes by my front door numerous times. They charge an additional $50 per person for the pool! I've never lived in a community where the pool wasn't included in the rent. I can't wait to leave!

Dirty living environment. Lived here one month and have already have three light fixtures break. Two leaks from upstairs into my kitchen, and a sewage backup from another apartment. Try calling or emailing management? Good luck getting someone who will actually come and fix the issue.
