Would leave a negative star if I could worse place to buy a mobile home at. They raise the lot fee every year for no reason if you want to keep raising prices then you should also cut my grass. Also you get an added fee for your oil tank when in earlier lease paper work when living here it said that you don't have to pay it if you have a containment tank. I called in today to check the status for my application. The lady told me that they were unable to find my application, && told me to call me with the receipt which im unable to locate because its been OVER an year since. The lady told me that the supervisor would be back from lunch at 2:30 and to call back then . Called back at 2:35 && was told that she's still on lunch , && that i got it wrong that she actually gives off lunch at 3:30 . Now i know the office closes at 4:00pm .
