Great company. Been with them for 2 years. Basic plans with limited coverage. But it gets the job done for maintenance. Very happy.
They only cover 20%.
Been a member for over a year. Just as benefits were going to begin (12 months), they canceled my policy. Customer Svs is horrible and in Philippines. On hold for 30 min before talking to anyone. Cannot get a supervisor for your life. 4 days wasted and a years worth of premiums. Don’t do it!
Both my employee benefits package and the EOC say 100% will be covered even OON. Turns out, they only reimbursed 30 something dollars for routine dental cleaning. That's the equivalent of your company telling you they'll pay for your expenses on a business trip, and then surprising you with a bill saying well, just 100% of the first $30 for the hotel. What a scam.
I got it thru my work, the dentist they connected me with is good but two times they have billed additional charges after I paid in the dental office. The actual price and coverage is not clear, the dental assistant tried to help but couldn't figure out the coverage either.
