Both my employee benefits package and the EOC say 100% will be covered even OON. Turns out, they only reimbursed 30 something dollars for routine dental cleaning. That's the equivalent of your company telling you they'll pay for your expenses on a business trip, and then surprising you with a bill saying well, just 100% of the first $30 for the hotel. What a scam.
I got it thru my work, the dentist they connected me with is good but two times they have billed additional charges after I paid in the dental office. The actual price and coverage is not clear, the dental assistant tried to help but couldn't figure out the coverage either.
This company does unprofessional behavior. Me and my wife had enrolled for 2020. I took service but my wife could not take any service despite the several times trying. They told me that your wife is not enrolled. But they were debiting my account. So I called them to terminate my benefit. Unfortunately, they debit my account without any consent even the month of January, 2021. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. I 'll never go with them.
