Went to get blood work done and the phlebotomist bruised my arm so badly. I didn’t fast for one test, so I had to come back another day. I drove 40 minutes just to be told they “ran out yesterday.” Are you kidding me?
Lab tech has a great hand! No pain.
Took my autistic son on 06/03/25 and he went to the restroom and the receptionist did not want to start the paperwork until he showed his ID. I got my son's ID from him while he used the restroom and she still refused to start his paperwork. She was very rude to not only me, but to every patient there. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Brownsville dhr laboratory did not run my bloodwork nor send it to my doctor. My doctor really needed those results. Do a better job!!!!!!!!
I took my mother for routine bloodwork and we presented the orders. Shortly after, she needed to go to the restroom. I asked if they had a restroom and the receptionist became agitated when she kept asking for the orders and didn’t explain that we had to present the orders to use the restroom. I would not recommend this location as they were aggressive and unfriendly.
