It took 10 minutes of waiting in line w 1 person at the desk n 1 person in front of me. Its over an hr wait to do ur labs w 10 ppl in front of me. The lab technician was just sitting there waiting for the registration lady to get the paperwork for her to do her job. Go there if u don't mind waiting forever.
Today it was ridiculous the time I had to wait for lab work. Before they were very efficient on taking out blood. You will not even take 20 min. waiting. Today I had to wait more than an hour. I think you should work on this because I saw some elderly leaving because they couldn't wait so long.
Thank you for your prompt attention and especially for Jessica for her professionalism, compassion and skills.
