Very good customer service and he took the perfect amount of links off of my watch, perfect fit!
Had 2 bracelets fixed and one resized. Owner is very kind and knowledgeable and did great! Highly recommend going to renaissance jewelry & watch repair!!

I went for a battery replacement and now my watch doesn’t fit my wrist. I had given him 2 watches one for repair and other for battery replacement. He told me to come back after 20 minutes. When I came back he told me one can’t be repaired and changed battery of the second. I took my watches went home. When try wore my watch after few days it was not fitting my wrist whereas it was a loose chain watch. Now my around 200 bucks watch is just sitting my drawer. Be careful.
