The owners & employees at Renaissance are SO accommodating and easy to work with. From the estimator to the owners to the floor installers to the finishers, etc. Our questions were answered in a very timely fashion also. Our new wood floors are beautiful. We also got personal in-home help choosing stain colors for our home... They definitely go the extra mile!
Nice people work here. Installed my hardwood floors, but quality of work was not great. Wide gaps between some boards and did not seem to care about boards with blemishes being placed in high profile areas.
We have used Renaissance Hardwood Floors multiple times now. Everytime the work has been excellent, the service has been unmatchable and the price has been suprisingly reasonable. The reason I say suprisingly is because you expect to pay more when you recieve great quality and service, but with Renaissance this has not been the case.
