I’ve had a fantastic experience living here. The landscaping is always well-maintained, giving the property a clean and inviting feel. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, addressing any issues quickly. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to live and relax. What really sets this place apart is the excellent management team—Liz is always professional, responsive, and friendly. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
We’ve lived here for 4yrs and it’s been a great experience. Moving in was a smooth and easy transition. Maintenance is very kind and reliable. Liz (Property Manager,) is very personable and helpful. If you’re looking for an updated cozy apartment thats kid and pet friendly, we recommend Renaissance!
I would highly recommend RHC communities, management is highly attentive to tenants needs and or concerns, professional. Very compassionate and makes the property a very comfortable place to live.
I love where I live. Manager Liz is super awesome, friendly, family oriented and cares about her tenants. Maintenance is superb and always gets the job done!!! It's a pretty friendly environment and pet friendly. Thank you to the management and maintenance team♥️
After 5 years I've noticed some of the signage to prevent illegal parking, improvements around the property, tow truck actually coming onsite... I'd like to say thank you to the property management for making a better effort. As most of the time it's complaining and heartfelt frustration from the other tenants I'd like to show appreciation as well.
