We have lived here for, four years in one of the Renaissance housing community apartments, and we are honestly livid. Our hot water goes in and out about every two days, there’s constant issues with mold, overall very upset with the standards at our complex. Still waiting to get our moldy floor replaced, from a faulty AC unit. Renaissance housing also illegally started charging us for hot water, not in our lease not anything we ever agreed to pay. Highly don’t recommend exploring any of their properties!
I’ve had a fantastic experience living here. The landscaping is always well-maintained, giving the property a clean and inviting feel. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, addressing any issues quickly. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to live and relax. What really sets this place apart is the excellent management team—Liz is always professional, responsive, and friendly. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
We’ve lived here for 4yrs and it’s been a great experience. Moving in was a smooth and easy transition. Maintenance is very kind and reliable. Liz (Property Manager,) is very personable and helpful. If you’re looking for an updated cozy apartment thats kid and pet friendly, we recommend Renaissance!
I would highly recommend RHC communities, management is highly attentive to tenants needs and or concerns, professional. Very compassionate and makes the property a very comfortable place to live.
