I love living here as this was my first place living on my own! The apartments are spacious, updated with new appliances, perfect interior that makes it modern and cozy , and maintained all year round! I love how quiet and comfortable these units are! I feel safe and happy being alone all day! The customer service is PHENOMENAL! Worst place to live, moved into an apartment on lower level, but they made sure to not tell me that the person who stayed there before me moved out due to the parties above, having parties and making noise til the morning hours. I have complained about the noise several times, nothing has changed, they continue to allow them to do as they please. I would NOT recommend staying here, plus they never maintain their HVAC systems.
We're currently staying at this apartment and have been really happy with our experience so far. It's a nice, quiet, and peaceful place—great for relaxing and feeling at home. One of the things we love most is that it's pet-friendly, and the surroundings feel safe and open, making it easy for us to walk around and enjoy the area. Great place to live. Brad the new maintenance guy is someone I have known for years. He did some maintenance work on my unit. And does a great job.
We recently relocated from Chicago and couldn't visit in person to explore the community. Connor assisted us by arranging a virtual tour with a family member. He addressed all our questions and made the entire transition smooth and straightforward. His prompt responses to our calls and emails, along with his willingness to help, were greatly appreciated.
