We recently relocated from Chicago and couldn't visit in person to explore the community. Connor assisted us by arranging a virtual tour with a family member. He addressed all our questions and made the entire transition smooth and straightforward. His prompt responses to our calls and emails, along with his willingness to help, were greatly appreciated. This is a well run, well kept apartment complex. My mother lived here for 8 years and felt safe and always experienced friendly and prompt assistance from the management and staff when needed. It’s without a doubt the best place to rent in Mt Vernon.

I have worked in corporate housing for some time now, and I have to say this is one of the best complexes I’ve done business with. I have been working with Connor, specifically, for the last several months; he has been very attentive and communicative throughout the leasing process. Needless to say, our employee loves the apartment and community. 10/10 would recommend!
