I would not recommend Renaissance Hardwoods due to poor quality finish and reluctance to repair. Traditional hardwoods were installed by professionals and looked great initially. The standard hardwood finish 3 years later was warn through to the bare wood in approximately a 3’x5’ area. I called Renaissance Hardwoods about the poor finish, they came back to my house and could not explain why the finish had so easily deteriorated but wanted to charge me to fix it.
Did not complete the job and then put a lien on my home. Then instead of just reporting my review to Google had their attorney senf a cease and desist letter.

Beware: . They didnt finish the job had to bring someone else in to finish but they kept the insurance money. Even sent them pictures of the unfinished floors.
