Like others, my first experience was great. The stylist was very good, understood hair and listened to my request. Yesterday's experience was much different, The stylist at the desk was brisk and rude to the lady that provided me service. The stylist I got was not good. First the wash, I have NEVER had such a rough wash before! I have scratches on my scalp and 24 hr. later my head is tender. what a joke.
Have heard nothing good about this place. Manager treats her staff poorly and you can hear her badmouthing them from the food court. Always giving passersbys a snooty look. Curiously, i went to check the prices and reviews. For a barely decent haircut from a unlicense hairstylist (but a licensed barber?), yeah no. Ill get my haircuts elsewhere. Its too bad i heard that they were closing soon, but the manager is abhorrent.. so good riddance anyhow i guess.
Just a lovely fresh new hair cut and style today with Rihanna! I just adore how easy going the vibe is here and how professional and kind hearted Rihanna is. Highly recommend!
