I have done business with Mark and Kathy at Renaissance for more than 40 years and you will never find people more willing to help! Their professionalism is something I rely on, plus they are exceptional artists and very kind human beings! And they always have a good story to tell! P.S. Alex Haas, your review is unfair! Called to try and help a friend fire their stained glass panels as the studio they formerly used is going out of service. The person who answered at Renaissance didn't let me get in a word, said they were 'too busy.' When I asked if there was a better time to call they said to not call back. Terrible experience.
Really enjoyed visiting this shop today. I am new to stained glass as a hobby and wanted to see what I could source locally. Really enjoyed my time looking around, grabbed everything I needed and a bit more. Will be back again!
You could not find a business run by nicer people. I have known Mark and Kathy for many years. They are ALWAYS willing to help you with your projects and make you feel part of their family. YOU ARE ALWAYS FELT WELCOMED. I wish every business was run by people like Mark and Kathy.
