The manager is nice and helpful but they don’t have maintenance workers at this time and have no vacancies. The apartments are small and they accept section 8 housing vouchers.
Applied there and was given a tour by Miss Jolesa, only to find out she is no longer there. I met that young lady while standing in line at the Social Security Administration office, she was taking a tenant to pick up their award letter she told me. I heard her telling the lady at the counter that she was trying to help her tenant retrieve an award letter, so I asked her where she worked and she stated Renaissance. So unprofessional highly wouldn’t recommend! What’s the point in paying a application fee?
I stayed there 18 years until Monica Dixon Become the manager all she want to do is put young ladies out with there kids.I moved on my own she mind it like I was evicted,she banned my then 15 year old cause he and others were smoking and I went above her she was about to lose her job and from then she picked on me and my kids.I DIDNT HATE IT THERE SHE WAS IS STILL IS THE PROBLEM!!!!!
