It was the pirate festival. It was a two day event it was so much fun so much to do so much to see once a year. They bring this fabrilous festival to papilian, don't miss it next year. The food was delicious. A variety of vendors, different choices of yummy foods, different little bars and taverns. The kids can have a wonderful time. It's so kid friendly. There is a people costume contest.So many cool ones this year...Bring your pet. They also have pet costume contests. I will go back next year. Aye till then maddie!!
