Two stars only because the nurses were very kind and the two male doctors at the office are great. However, I’d be giving zero stars if I was just reviewing Dr Ketterer. She’s ice cold and doesn’t care about any of her patients. She stands in the way of disabled individuals, such as myself, getting the care and services they need. She has medically gaslit myself and several other past patients leaving us very ill, and untrusting of the health care system.
