My wife just came into one of your facilities today. 7 months pregnant and really needing help relaxing. A couple hundred dollars still left on her gift certificate from 2023, and you turn her away and say it's expired. Policy or not, turning a pregnant woman away crying is is pretty top notch. There is no middle ground to find? Her birthday is **************, and I was about to purchase another gift certificate next week. I'm shocked at how easily you can ruin someone's experience.

I scheduled a last minute facial appointment with Mika. She was absolutely fabulous. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. My skin feels amazing and the experience was so relaxing. Definitely the BEST facial I’ve ever had!!

I just got my first Message ever from Heidi and it was amazing! I will definitely be a regular. The facility was so clean and all the workers were so friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone and everyone.

I received a gift certificate for Christmas last year and waited to use it right before my husband returned home from Afghanistan in March. He was due home 6 days after I had my appointment. I got a massage which was perfect, a manicure which was also perfect and then I got my hair cut last. Everything went great until my haircut. I was assured that the girl who cut my hair was deva cut trained before I even went in. Well, I ended up walking out with my hair extremely short, crooked and tears in my eyes.
