Spent an awesome day relaxing and being pampered while visiting Fayetteville. Swedish Massage with Melissa was incredible. My facial with Kim was perfect she helped address a few dry spots due to sun exposure. Spa pedicure with Ty was one of the best pedicures I’ve had. Hair with Sarah to end my day ready for a night out. An amazing day from start to finish. We will definitely be back!!

This was my first visit to Renaissance, and I will definitely be coming back! The service was amazing, and Trish is a master when it comes to my hair. Sara helped tremendously with getting me the color I came for!!!
Called to book an appointment for my mother who is here from out of town. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate her. Wanted her to come in at 6 at night or the 23rd or July... really?? And when I told her those wouldn’t work, she did absolutely nothing to get our business. Poor customer service and I will never use them!
I had the most amazing experience at The Renaissance European Day Spa. Brittany was a sweet heart! I would most definitely be booking my next appointment. I highly recommend the spa to anybody looking for a relaxing day. It's the perfect spot in Fayetteville.
My husband purchased me a gift certificate, I gave it to my daughter. She had services there, and they would not honor! They said they have new ownership and that is why, but the name is the same. Of course they never called me back to discuss this new policy. I have been going there for years. We did not get that announcement regarding that the gift certificates are worthless. So we lost $130 and then she had to pay out of pocket! That is not how you run a small business, I promise we will never return! They need to work on... read more
