Ive had my dad sitting in the ER for the past 4 hours and nothing. A man needed to go to the restroom and asked a nurse and he had to wait for 30 minutes. A lady said she has been here since 2pm and its already 1am. This is freakn ridiculous, its an emergency room and they are taking their sweet time.
Medical side was Ok and performed as needed. However, be aware that while the "building" takes United Healthcare, the individual Doctors do not. They then bill you the full difference. I specifically asked if they took my insurance when I arrived and was told yes, but no mention that the Doctor who saw me did not. I find this a very shady business practice and contacted their customer support/billing, I don't recommend you to go them.
