With the clean stylish rooms and fantastic front desk service, this hotel did not disappoint. They are very accommodating and helpful for my needs during my stay. Complimentary bottled water, robs and slippers were also available. I called the front desk for additional bath towels and they arrived in less than 5 minutes! The swimming pool, hot tub and gym facilities were never busy and everything we could ask for. “As a guest, I had a great experience with the hotel’s public areas. The hallways were consistently clean, well- maintained , creating a comfortable. And relaxing environments throughout the stay. Special mention to Jennifer, who was very attentive and ensured that the area remained tidy and welcoming.her friendliness and dedication to cleanliness truly stood out. Overall, the public area were well cared for, and it made a positive impression during the stay .”

With EIA being so far south of Edmonton, it’s often very convenient to stay at the hotel right at the airport. With a short walk from the gate to your room, this hotel has the perfect location and the best restaurant before security. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the Wi-Fi is fast and easy to use. All of the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast in the lounge is next level. I would definitely consider staying here again.
