Dennis is amazing. I highly recommend him. He rebuilt my entire deck by hand. It's about 100 feet off the ground. He is a superb craftsman, with a lot of patience. My house has been transformed. I wish he lived closer to LA, I would have him do my whole house.

Renaissance Contracting completely renovated our guest bathroom (including the addition of a shower) and replaced lighting and electrical outlets in our guest bedroom. This renovation entailed framing, plumbing, tile installation, electrical, and painting--all of which Dennis completed beautifully, making an enormous improvement to our house.
