So I just sold my home last month, my HOA dues are on autopay. Trust co got the paperwork in by the end of the month but company didn’t process it until days later so they charged me for the next months HOA dues in a home I no longer owned. On the phone with the manager, she said nothing to do about it because to reimburse me it would cost me $1.00 more that the dues, sorry bout that. What?!
