Would leave a negative star if I could worse place to buy a mobile home at. They raise the lot fee every year for no reason if you want to keep raising prices then you should also cut my grass. Also you get an added fee for your oil tank when in earlier lease paper work when living here it said that you don't have to pay it if you have a containment tank.
