My room was not cleaned thoroughly, my toilet was clogged, and I was not able to get a new room because they were booked.

clean, peaceful, quiet nice scenery prompt room service clean guest area public areas very detailed oriented
Comfortable rooms, convenient location to all of downtown and a beautiful historic building. Always top notch service. With covid, valet parking was not available and getting was a little tricky as the doors we were told to use would not open. Oops! Other than that small issue, perfect! I especially love the bathrooms in the rooms. Our first room, last year was a marble wonder with a super tall ceiling. This year it was a little smaller but still very elegant.
Wonderful Grand Ballroom. Cleveland Dancesport Championships - great competition.
