The Renaissance is a wonderful place to host your wedding. Everyone, from Danielle in the Sales office to Owen & Joey at the valet stand, goes out of their way to make your celebration unforgettable. Mark at the Bellman Cart stand greets everyone with a smile and anticipates your luggage needs before you even ask. This is how you make a bed?
Staff is nice. Rooms way overpriced for no continental breakfast. No ice in ice machine. No microwave. Waited almost 10min for elevators. Ending up walking up 5 floors
Great service from entire service personnel. It's a real showcase of the Midwestern hospitality. The rooms are very spacious and location is great. The part that can be improved is the cleanliness for example the bathroom sink was always getting clogged which means that deep cleaning is not performed regularly. Also on the walls there were dark scratch marks.
