We were able to check in much earlier than anticipated, which we really appreciated. The staff at the Renaissance Cincinnati were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We were given an accessible room, so it was especially large and spacious. The room was clean and included all the amenities we needed, even small extras like mouthwash. Pretty good hotel, located downtown. One star less for connecting door in almost every room. Other than that very good hotel.

Stayed here to go to a concert at Heritage Bank Center. Room was nice and clean. Easy to walk to restaurants and concert. Valet service was also great.

Overall this is a nice hotel. However, they refused to valet my car since it was truck. No where in the app or reservations stated this. Our room was generally clean, however we had left over take away in the fridge, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the windows were shattered in the top panes and the AC handler cover was off the wall. Would I stay here again, most likely, but it could do with some updates.
