Very Grateful!!! Having just completed utilizing this service for the last 2 years almost 2 times a week I believe I'm in a great position to review. Almost solely being looked after by Trevor for transitions of my son I can only say that his quality of care and service along with his professionalism was of the highest possible order. Trevor did his utmost to communicate and be a help in sometimes difficult situations and for this and his 5 star consistency over the last 2 years I will always be indebted to Trevor and RCV
Client I have never been treated so bad and the lies theses people tell run deep... Everything they put on the report to the court was false... We were the petitioning party and the court ordered 3 video taped sessions of our grandchildren... We were trying to terminate the parents rights due to neglect & abandament. Very disatified I have seen that they give me and my sisters NO consideration about the time we want to spend with my baby sister. They give my mother no consideration or say in the schedualing of the visits and never have. They now are saying that my sister has to go there every saturday and sunday for three hours at time, because of this new shceduale I see my baby sister less and less and whenever she comes home she is grumpy and she never wants to go, my mom has to force her into her carseat physically and she is screami... read more
Very disatified I have been taking my child to Renaissance for supervised visits. The supervisor is wonderful, but the lady that I have only talked with over the phone is not a nice person at all. She has been demeaning to me and to say the least very rude. I believe she is not in this to help children but only wants money. The only reason I continue to take my child there is because she is used to the enviornment and she really likes the supervisor. Do not recommend I read the reviews before visiting Renaissance and went into it with an open mind and the hopes that it would be a good experience. I believe the staff had good intentions but the situation with our protective order was different than most orders. I made it very clear in my many conversations with Dr. Gage and Sammi what the judge had ordered and they said they would comply with the protective order (a copy was provided to them). They lied. i would read the reviews vary carefully renaissance does a good job they dont take sides they take a stance of what would be the best for the child even after the court ordered supervised visits was lifted i have chosen to remain using renaissance for child transfers to protect myself from further accusations from the other parent which has been trying to interfear and withhold anykind of relationship with my daughter since day 1 we have a good relationship and she loves her dad and i have renaissance to thank for that take ... read more
This place is run by an alcoholic! Beware of this place! I like to do my research before choosing any business I use. I called both Renaissance and Will Win and this place was a joke. I just asked basic questions and Merry made me feel like I was unjustified in my questions. I asked if they were locally owned, if their staff were required to have special certifications, etc. She was very rude and told me that I didn't need to know these things. Biased. Unprofessional. Lack of Knowledge of Legal System. STAY AWAY I used this service years ago and it was a massive waste of time and energy. My girls were perfectly happy and safe living away from their abusive mother (physical, emotional, and sexual abuse). But when RCVS got involved with the situation they automatically decided that women could not be guilty of domestic violence or sexual assault (despite the police and court records) and recommended to the courts that the abusive parent be granted unsupervised visits... read more
Unethical, Unfair and Abusive I have observed that Rennesiance will move your appointment if another client calls requesting a bigger time block then yours and does this with little to no notice despite your appointment being made weeks in advance. I even called the day before to confirm my appointment was at 11:00 AM, The appointment taker said that was indeed the time.
