this place is a one star because it’s cheap to book but you have to pay for everything once you get there. they false advertise a pool and then you have to pay $40 breakfest and still pay for wifi. none of this is listed on the website thank you.
Completely not the hotels fault but we had huge problems checking in after our long flight from the UK. They were so patient and helpful and our frozen credit card situation. They insisted on comp'ing us dinner including lot's of alcohol although we didn't accept that part because we had had a bad day. So incredibly kind. The room was large and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Like so many US hotels, they put us in an accessible room on the 4th floor - despite notices everywhere saying that lifts are out of action ... read more
