I cannot say enough good things about Alisha and Renaissance Chef Catering Company. They helped us pull together an amazing farewell party for the CEO of our Foundation. With only 2 1/2 weeks' time to plan, Alisha was incredibly patient with my many questions and requests. She was always accessible and returned my emails quickly. Renaissance Chef was amazing to work with. They were one of the exclusive caterers for our wedding venue (Mountain Memories at Thorpewood). We requested half of our menu be Filipino dishes which weren't listed on their normal menu. This included being open to work with another vendor on getting a full-sized suckling pig. Renaissance Chef Catering was the perfect mixture of professionalism and friendly, personal service. Everyone from the servers to Jake, the chef, were a delight to work with. The food was amazing! Renaissance Chef catered our banquet for the Friends of Maryland Becoming an Outdoors-Woman. The food was great and their service excellent. The staff was very attentive to our needs and the agenda for the evening. Alisha was our contact and was helpful and easy for our non-profit to work with.
