This place is HORRIBLE. There is never any management on site, the never return phone calls, they never respond to tenant complaints. The elevator is broken almost every week and takes days to weeks to fix leaving people stranded on the top floors. The crime and theft is out of control and nothing is done. Save your sanity and look elsewhere. I would give this place negative stars if that was an option.

This place is horrible. No one ever answers a phone the theft in the building is terrible. They scam residents by telling them there are past due balances and there is not or they charge for changing a lock and never replace the lock.

For anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and fabulous apartment, look no further, Renaissance Box is the spot. The building has been recently renovated within the last time 10 years, and they did a great job keeping most of the original architecture. I moved out after a couple of weeks due to the noise of slamming doors from neighbors in the hallway and the smell of cigarettes coming through the bathroom vent.
