I agree with most of the negative remarks people have left on here BUT lets put it in perspective. We had a good management staff for years, Eric property manager. When he left Aeon tried to find someone to fill his shoes, but everyone they hired turned out to be worst than horrible. this place is horrible! maintenance requests take forever and they will say it’s completed when no one even comes to check! the new management is horrible, zero compassion for residents, can’t figure out how to do simple things and doesn’t communicate at all. elevator is always broken, laundry is expensive. management is only on site 3 days and even then they are barely here and or open to talking with residents. never answers phone calls or emails. we need new management!
This place is HORRIBLE. There is never any management on site, the never return phone calls, they never respond to tenant complaints. The elevator is broken almost every week and takes days to weeks to fix leaving people stranded on the top floors. The crime and theft is out of control and nothing is done. Save your sanity and look elsewhere. I would give this place negative stars if that was an option.
This place is horrible. No one ever answers a phone the theft in the building is terrible. They scam residents by telling them there are past due balances and there is not or they charge for changing a lock and never replace the lock.
For anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and fabulous apartment, look no further, Renaissance Box is the spot. The building has been recently renovated within the last time 10 years, and they did a great job keeping most of the original architecture.
