Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm but we had to wait around the lobby for almost 20 minutes because our room wasn't ready. The staff seemed irritated any time we needed assistance and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The room was poorly cleaned. I've had a far better stay at a Holiday inn for $50/night. A very disappointing visit.
This is definitely a place to come back! Walking around Patriot Place is nice and convenient. The Renaissance hotel is 5 out of 5 for me. My OCD in a hotel room is real and their housekeeping did NOT disappoint!! Davio's restaurant was delicious and service impressive! Day 4 in the books.
My company recently had a 3 day event at the Renaissance. Great accommodations for the different size rooms needed. Delicious food!! Everything from breakfast, lunch and early afternoon ice cream, desserts, and coffee was fantastic! Must try the churros bites! Highly recommend this place! Did not stay at the hotel overnight.
