I can not say enough amazing things about this hotel. I was originally booked at the other hotel in Patriot Place, long story short a month prior to my stay I had my debit card stolen and the hotel canceled my stay without 1 single phone call to notify me. I arrived after a 6 hour trip, no car, and pregnant to find my room was canceled and the hotel did nothing to try and accommodate me. Amazing hotel for Patriot game!
Great hotel. Rooms are nice, mattresses are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet (which is always a concern of mine). You can't beat the location if you want to spend some extra time around Gillette for an event or just have fun eating and drinking at Patriot Place. I would give 5 stars but the hotel has a weird billing item which the front desk does not explain to you when you check in.
