Great gym and Great staff!
For the price plus recent renovations that were done you would think they would for sure have a cleaning crew that keeps the showers and amenity rooms clean, but unfortunately it’s one of the worst maintained gyms I have ever seen as far as cleanliness. The floors and walls in the showers are flat out gross. Planet fitness has cleaner showers. It is truly a shame that there are nice new floors and they let them get absolutely disgusting. Post hip replacement therapy with Caroline was really great. The exercises were varied and challenging. I built strength and she even helped me with my balance issues. I highly recommend the Rac for PT.
Awesome facility, great equipment. I think the most impressive feature was the greeting, professionalism and kindness that I received as soon as I walked through the door. I highly recommend this facility. A heart-felt thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful first visit experience. Continued blessings.
