Seriously they are evil. Illegal documents in my door. Maria Hernendex and cafandra blackbird are evil women. Rent at your own risk. You've been warned. Apartments are out of date. Expect top dollar. Lies about pool. It's been closed for 3 years. This review is from a real tenet. Maria caused a huge situation 8 weeks into my lease ending. The maintenance men are over worked and treated like shit. Parks are not fixed and actually unsafe. This place is a scam.
I totally am upset with the service here and who ever did the painting. To put white paint all over cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. To get maintenance to do anything seems helpless
These apartments are old and outdated but management still demands top dollar. Water, sewage, trash, and pest control have doubled in the past two months. Whereas, none of these services are provided on a consistant basis. When speaking to the property manager about the rent increase, Monique Hernandez was unprofessional and rude, and refused to discuss the financial increase. She walked away and refused to give me any accurate information. Beware! Rent at your own discretion.
