By far one of the best places to live in downtown Cincinnati! Great units, great community, great views, and great building management. Betsy, Alexis, and the maintenance team are top notch. We have always felt that we could go to them with anything and it will be solved within minutes! If you're contemplating where to live, definitely recommend Renaissance.
Alexis the “leasing professional” was extremely rude to me during my process of trying to find a new apartment. I dont often feel inclined to leave ratings on google but I felt obligated to with how aweful she made me feel. Leading up to our showing for apartments I would get passive aggressive emails and she was very apprehensive for showings. My husband and I have lived here for ten years and we LOVE this place in every way. The. physical space, the neighborhood, the excellent, friendly and helpful staff , and the good neighbors.Today I want to especially give a shout out to Rob and Ty for the great job you did with our recent plumbing issue as well as the great job you ALWAYS do with maintenance issues. We really appreciate these guys as well as Betsy and Alexis in the office. We would never want to live anywhere else!!!!!
I’ve really enjoyed living at the Renaissance. The location is perfect, walkable to everything downtown and right by a streetcar stop. The staff here are truly the best :) Betsy and Alexis at the front desk are always so helpful and welcoming, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues. The apartments have high ceilings, large windows with lots of natural light, and details like carpeted areas that help keep noise down. I also like that the building hosts events for residents.
