I have really enjoyed living here. The apartments are wide and spacious, so much more room than you typically find at this price point. What really sets this place apart though is the management team. They are responsive, friendly, and actually care about their residents. Any time I have had a question or needed something taken care of, they have been on it quickly. It is rare to find a management team this attentive and it makes a big difference in day to day living. Highly recommend!
I have lived here since 2021 and I have nothing but good things to say about the building, the management, and the community.
Update 3/17/26: I am so sad to leave this wonderful community. I cannot express enough how great Alexis, Betsy, and the whole Renaissance team are. They are wonderful and made a great place to live so much better. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I have lived at the Renaissance since April of 2024 and I have been very impressed! The location downtown is awesome if you are interested in going down to the Banks for a game or going out for a bite to eat. There is always something to do. It has been about ten months since moving in last summer and I cannot say enough how much we appreciate the level of professionalism and enthusiasm the management and maintenance teams have for the residents and the whole building. From the start, Betsy and Alexis have made us feel right at home. We toured every residential 'tower' in the city and from the moment we stepped into the lobby, it was serendipity.
