It has been about ten months since moving in last summer and I cannot say enough how much we appreciate the level of professionalism and enthusiasm the management and maintenance teams have for the residents and the whole building. Horrible! Very unprofessional and maintenance not good
I love living at the Renaissance at the PB! The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and sporting arenas. I feel safe, the common areas are welcoming and clean, the office staff are professional and friendly, and maintenance crew is very hard working; requests are addressed in a timely manner. The apartments are modern and comfortable. Highly recommend!!
By far one of the best places to live in downtown Cincinnati! Great units, great community, great views, and great building management. Betsy, Alexis, and the maintenance team are top notch. We have always felt that we could go to them with anything and it will be solved within minutes! If you're contemplating where to live, definitely recommend Renaissance.
