I lived here for 2 years with my wife and dog in a 1BR ground floor unit and it was great. Layout and unit features are great. Staff are responsive, helpful, and transparent but most importantly it’s clear they actually care and the effort they put into community events was appreciated - a rarity in American apartments. This apartment has a lot of greenery. It has free services that many apartments don’t have, like a gym or an outdoor pool. The schools are really close to the apartments too!
Worst renting experience. We could give zero star. Move out scam.assistant property manager was yelling at customers. Never listening.
The staff is not helpful at all if you ask them questions about lease. About 2 months before end of lease, we were told we cannot sublease anymore unless we extend it. The apartments is very predatory in nature and will trouble you while moving out. If you have a family, please visit the area at night. You will find a lot of shady looking people smoking close. I could smell the weed in apartment area during the day.
