Recently moved out. We lived there for almost 3 years. Place is fine but could use some improvements. For instance, the courtyard always has dog feces. Not really the complex’s fault but they could do something about if they really wanted to. While living there, we had to get the unit sprayed down due to roaches, our bathroom tub needed work done, fire alarm constantly went off, pool was always closed, attempted break in to our garage, to name a few things. Excellent management and maintenance team! They respond super fast, we had a leaky sink and Mr Chris Marlin was here within the hour to have it fixed. He was super kind and quick about it too. We really appreciate it
