Rena Villa was an amazing place to live, overall. Darren was the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. The neighbours were mostly great. You can walk to enjoy wonderful pizza, sushi and more in a few minutes. The nearby park and cloud forest are incredible, despite the freeway traffic. You can walk to neighbourhood events at Providence Park, entirely under tree cover. Speaking of trees, one of Portlands favourites is just across the street. I loved living here. Darren is friendly and helpful. Fantastic location with Yokai Musubi, Zupans, Boiling Bowl, Walgreens, Freddie's, Trader Joe's nearby.
Carmen here, i just want to say....moving here from the south was definitely a different atmosphere. Although i am moving back to the south, i can honestly these apartments are pretty cool. The convience to the market,grocery store,gas station, thrift stores,max/busline were all a great bonus. These apartments are very quite, im surprised neighboring units were able to put up with me so long 🤣.
