Experienced a problem with my API RENA canister filter, in locating where a small plug should be inserted. Made one call - immediately pickup by a technical expert. Identified problems and made recommendation if problem persisted. Pump works perfectly. Call exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you! Aftermarket service wonderful.
Absolutely horrible excuse for a man. Never got package and got hung up on after the man lied to me. Had to dispute with my bank because I don’t believe anything out of his mouth. Go elsewhere!
