After talking with Nicole over the phone - from my location in Oklahoma to hers in Arkansas - that criteria dissolved itself in exchange for the superior customer service I was given. Caeley Minard has been our contact in the Benton, AR, Allstate office. One year ago she helped us thru the insurance process as we were deciding to switch insurance companies. We're so glad she did. We got a great quote and coverage. Recently we had to use roadside assistance. Allstate came through efficiently, quickly, and professionally. I realy like doing business with this agency. I dont particulary care for the new automated system. However Kaitlyn was very patient with me and explained why they went to that system in order to make sure everyone got taken care of. She gave me the option of just emailing them for a callback when it was my turn and I really like that. She answered all of my questions and I feel she is doing a very good job and is an asset to her agency.
I have been so pleased with the coverage I have obtained and the service provided whenever I contact Rena Gilliam and their associates. Recently Shelbie provided great service when I requested additional coverage for an ongoing construction project. I have searched for possible coverage elsewhere, but have not found anyone that compares in premium costs and most definitely in customer service.
