This review is for Kate. I had a problem with my drivewise. I talked two 2 service representatives, both gave phone numbers that had nothing to do with my problem . Third time is a charm! I got kate.. very Professional and helpful. She came to Benton Friday and worked on my phone over 1 hour. She tried several unsuccessful fixes unsuccessfully.. She knew what to do next.. Because it was still not fixed. She called Tech Support.. Now she is waiting on them to check into it further. Evidently there's a flaw in the coating. I w... read more
Caley is a jewel and Allstate is lucky to have her representing as one of the first to answer the phone at the agency. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to. She graciously solves whatever problem is presented to her and within her realm of expertise and within her realm of job experience. I always enjoy speaking to her!!!!
