Was kicked out of my portal and the practice when switching to new ownership. Was not notified of this beforehand and this made it very difficult to continue my medication. Unprofessional at best.

This place is literally impossible to make an appointment. I filled out the online applicaton. Called 5 times within the last 1.5 weeks and none of the staff can seem to call me back or figure out how to set up a consult for me.
It is honestly abhorrent for mental health clinics to lock treatment behind such large paywalls. It shouldn’t cost $800 a month to see a psychiatrist out of pocket. And offering no sliding scale, it is proof that they function as a business, not a mental health practice. It’s irrelevant if that $200 a session number is “among the lowest”, as it’s still completely unaffordable. When you allow money to lead in the medical field, this is what happens.
